Costa Rica Student Trip

  • The Gandoca-Manzanillo wildlife refuge
  • Watsi, a Bribri indigenous village
  • Camaquiri Conservation Initiative in the Northeast rainforest
  • Arenal Volcano Observatory Lodge
  • Carara National Park
  • Rio de Suenos, Albright鈥檚 field station near the Pacific Ocean
  • The beach caves of Playa Ventana
  • Corcovado National Park on the Osa Peninisula, recognized by National Geographic as 鈥渢he most biologically intense place on Earth鈥
  • Cerro de la Muerte mountain

Canada sustainability trip

Canada Sustainability Immersion Student Trip

This one-week sustainability immersion program for traditional college-aged students takes place at an eco-retreat on Grand Manan Island in New Brunswick, Canada. It is facilitated by Sustainable Misfits, a nonprofit organization created by five 香港六合彩开奖网 alumni that provides adventure-based experiential learning opportunities that guide how to effectively cultivate a caring, resilient community of people who positively impact each other and the environment. This program includes outdoor leadership activities, sustainability-focused projects and community service opportunities combined with reflection to cultivate community building. The sustainability immersion program incorporates the Inner Development Goals to help equip emerging leaders with the mindset and skillset to successfully tackle the sustainability challenges facing our communities. This program is open to students across all majors.
